FINE TAIWAN TEA
Chinese people have been enjoying tea since the Shennong Emperor era (ancient Chinese folklore known as the god of medicine and agriculture). It has a history of 4500 years. Taiwan's top three high mountain teas
Alishan High Mountain Oolong Tea is grown between 1,000-1,600m above sea level, and Shan Lin Xi High Mountain Oolong Tea is grown between 1,400-1,800 m. Finally, Lishan High Mountain Oolong Tea is cultivated in sky tea gardens between 2,000 and 2,600 m above sea level.
High mountain tea gardens are foggy, and the daylight hours are short. The shoots are soft, and the leaves are fleshy and contain a lot of pectin. The produced tea leaves have a condensed umami flavor, with little bitterness and a slight sweetness. These mountains face different directions, so each mountain has unique exposure to sun, humidity, and rainfall.

Dongding Oolong Tea, Tieguanyin Tea, and Wenshan Baozhong Tea have a history of more than 150 years and were introduced in Fujian Province in China. Dongding Oolong Tea has a clear golden color. Tieguanyin tea is roasted repeatedly to bring out the aroma and aroma of ripe fruits. Wenshan Baozhong Tea has a savory taste and a refreshing orchid scent.
