Regarding Returns and Refunds

Except in cases where the product is defective, we generally do not accept returns. Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges based on customer preference are not accepted. Please understand this policy in advance. For returns or exchanges due to product defects or shipping errors, please follow the guidelines below:

  • If you wish to return or exchange the delivered product, please contact us via email info@chaentea.com within one week of arrival. We will provide you with instructions regarding the return address, etc. Contact: info@chaentea.com
  • Please return the delivered product within one week of arrival for returns or exchanges.
  • We will issue a full refund only for completely unused products.
  • In case of returns due to customer reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • If returns are made using methods other than those specified, additional charges may apply.
