A single tea leaf evokes endless inspiration and sensations to unfold.Tea made everyday has a different flavour; no two cups taste the same.With expertise in the art of tea appreciation, I deeply understand spiritual enrichment brought by the rich aroma of tea.In 2022, I founded CHA-EN, drawing from years of teaching experience at institutions such as NHK Culture Center, the Yomiuri Shimbun and the Nippon TV Culture Center as a Taiwanese tea lecturer.

Over the years, I hosted numerous tea gatherings, both domestically and internationally, dedicated to promoting Taiwanese tea.Drinking tea enriches life, with each type of tea having its unique aroma and strength, thereby cultivating inner peace and sense of well-being.
