A glass gaiwan (lidded bowl) that lets you enjoy the sight of the leaves unfurling.
It is easy to hold, and its spout lets you pour straight into teacups or a pitcher while holding back the leaves with the lid, making it easy to use even if you are just starting to brew Taiwanese tea properly. The vertical ribbed pattern sparkles in the light, and the sight of rolled oolong leaves slowly opening is sure to spark conversation when you have guests.
